Fundación Aladina has set up a complaints channel on its website aladina.org. This channel will provide a secure and confidential way for customers, employees and suppliers to share possible irregularities that could jeopardise the reputation and image of the organisation.
The main objective of this whistleblowing channel is to enable any problem to be dealt with quickly and efficiently. It also fosters a corporate culture of ethics, integrity and transparency that governs the actions of the organisation’s professionals, promoting a culture that prevents illegal acts and is committed to compliance with laws and regulations.
