Am I obliged to provide personal data?

Fundación Aladina will only request the data strictly necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it is collected, so if not provided, the requested service cannot be rendered.

How long will we keep your data?

Personal Data will be kept according to the following guidelines, unless you revoke the consents granted. Subsequently, if necessary, the information will be kept blocked for the legally established periods.

Minors and Families: 3 years from last contact.
Selection Processes: 1 year.
Labor documentation, social security registration, and remuneration: 5 years.

Volunteers: 1 year.

What is the legal basis for processing your data?

Allow web browsing and ensure its security: This purpose is based on the User’s consent (browsing the website) and on Fundación Aladina’s legitimate interest in ensuring the security of the website.
User Support: This purpose is based on the consent of the data holder when sending the email or making the telephone call, as it is necessary to comply with a legal obligation in cases where the User exercises any of the rights recognized in the regulations or files a complaint against Fundación Aladina.

The data holder or their parents or guardians guarantee that the Personal Data provided is accurate and is responsible for communicating any changes to Fundación Aladina. The data holder will be responsible for the accuracy of the Personal Data provided, exempting Fundación Aladina from any responsibility for not being able to achieve the consented purpose.

Fundación Aladina reserves the right to update, modify, or delete the information contained on its web pages and may even limit or deny access to said information, without prejudice to the rights recognized in the regulations.

To which recipients will your data be communicated?

The data processed by Fundación Aladina may be communicated to third parties when such communication is essential to satisfy the purposes for which the Personal Data was obtained. Likewise, they will be communicated when such communication is covered by a legal obligation or judicial requirement.

It should be noted that, regarding Image and Voice data, they may be transferred to third parties who can access through the Internet the publications on websites, social media profiles, or other media in which the image/voice/name of the transferor is used.

Likewise, Fundación Aladina has service providers for which it is necessary to communicate data in different business areas (administration, accounting, taxation, marketing, labor…). The data that donors or participants in events and projects published on this website provide to participate in said events or projects will be communicated to the organizer of each of them so that said organizer can manage participation.
